Refund Eligibility:

Full Refund: Participants who request a cancellation within the specified refund eligibility period are entitled to a full refund of the program fee paid.

Partial Refund: Participants who request a cancellation after the refund eligibility period has expired may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances and expenses incurred by NABLE INVENT SOLUTION.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Please note that certain fees, such as administrative fees or materials fees, may be non-refundable even within the refund eligibility period. These non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated to participants during the enrollment process.

Refund Process:

Once a cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the cancellation request approval. However, please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in the participant’s account, depending on the participant’s financial institution.

Program Modifications and Cancellations by NABLE INVENT SOLUTION:

In the event that NABLE INVENT SOLUTION needs to modify or cancel a training program, participants will be notified promptly. Participants will have the option to transfer their enrollment to a rescheduled session or request a full refund of the program fee paid.

It is important to review the specific terms and conditions outlined during the enrollment process for each training program, as they may contain additional details or exceptions to this general cancellation and refund policy.
